Featuring a Clyde Johnson Design, Forest Greens Golf Club offers opportunities and challenges alike to all golfers. The setting is without distraction as there are no homes on this classic parkland style layout. It is simply you, your friends, and the golf course. Set in the rolling terrain of the Piedmont in Triangle, VA not far from Quantico Marine Base it is a course that offers challenge, magnificent vistas, natural settings, and golf as it was envisioned.
The signature hole at Forest Greens may be one of the best risk reward par fives in Virginia. The sharp dogleg left not only requires a solid tee shot to give a view of the uphill approach, it makes you consider how aggressive you want to be. Do I go for the green, or do I lay up? Regardless, if you are looking for an escape from the daily grind, some great golf, a great value and a friendly staff…Forest Greens is great!
The Clubhouse
With a fully stocked golf shop and a grill area with indoor seating for 30 people, the Forest Greens clubhouse is equipped to handle outings of all shapes and sizes. There is a large staging area perfect for centralized check-in, and announcements before they hit the course.
