So how do you learn how to use it to your advantage? If you watch professional golf players closely, you will notice that they have a systematic approach to hitting each and every time. Among other things, they visualize the flight of the ball, look for alignment cues on the ground, ‘feel’ the slope of the ground, and direction of the wind.
Our mind recognizes these powerful signals and translates them into a solid performance. That being said, you should never underestimate the importance of having a solid pre-shot routine.
